Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on fast deliveries across the Middle East. We offer free delivery across the UAE. For international deliveries, a charge of 100 AED applies. Please refer below for details on expected transit times.

Expected Transit Times

Dubai:
Next-Day Delivery: No matter what time you place your order, we'll ensure it's delivered the very next day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman):
Orders will be delivered within 48–72 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Remote Areas:
The above timelines do not apply to remote areas, including Al Ain, RAK, Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Hatta, Dibba Al Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

International Deliveries:
Deliveries to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon are expected within 2–4 days.

Note: Timelines may vary due to customs clearance. Additional custom charges may apply to all international deliveries, which will be payable by the buyer.

Saudi Arabia:
To comply with custom regulations, we require a short address code and a copy of the IQAMA to process your shipment.
